“OLR Administrations is a company dedicated exclusively to the Administration of Communities of Owners, whose legal representative and owner is Oscar López Rivas, Lawyer in practice – Law Degree from the University of Navarra, course 1981-1986- , Collegiate Property Administrator and Real Estate Agent.

He, together with his team of professionals, has been engaged in the Administration of Communities since the opening of his office in November 1991, offering the Communities a comprehensive management service, which mainly covers three main fields: accounting and control of expenditure, in accordance with the annual budget approved by the owners in an AGM; the collection management, both extrajudicial and judicial, in order to make feasible the financing and the elimination of the necessary treasury to cover said budget; and the supervision of the maintenance and of the entities and companies that provide the services of conservation of the property object of the administration services.

This provision of administration services arose in 1991 with a vocation for permanence during all these years up to the present, and likewise with a vocation for the future, with the primary idea that the Owners’ Communities feel that they are protected and correctly managed by a group or professional team in this field, which are sufficiently trained to provide this support, so that the legal representatives of the Community -Presidents, Vice Presidents, Board of Directors or Advisory Bodies-, do not have to be continually aware that their Community works effectively, to be able to delegate to us all the proper functions so that this goal is achieved, so that its function can be concreted in a close collaboration and supervision of the tasks and tasks of the administration team, avoiding the exhaustion of the board.

For many years now, almost from the beginning, we have had a large group of Communities that we currently manage, which guarantee our good work and our effective management in Communities of Owners, and in the case of requesting proposals, we can indicate you references of communities that can inform of our professionalism in the management and administration of real estate.
